The Franck Muller Vanguard Rose Skeleton, reference V32 S SQT ROSE (RG), offers an artistic fusion of floral aesthetics and skeletonized mechanics. The roses are cut directly from the bridges and main plate, becoming structural elements of the movement rather than decorative overlays, with hand-painted enamel adding depth and vivid color. The result is a contemporary and expressive interpretation of skeleton watchmaking.
The 18K rose gold (5N) Vanguard case measures 32 × 42.3 mm and features curved ergonomics with red lateral inserts, pairing harmoniously with a red alligator strap and matching rose-gold pin buckle. The openworked dial reveals the architectural layout of the mechanism with central hours, minutes and seconds, protected by sapphire crystal and offering 30 m water resistance.
Powering the model is the hand-wound calibre 097 FM 1740-VS with a 4-day power reserve, two barrels and 218 components, finished to haute-horlogerie standards including Côtes de Genève, perlage, circular satin, sunray brushing, diamond polishing and flank drawing. A distinctive Swiss Made creation uniting playfulness, craftsmanship and mechanical culture.
