The Curvex CX embodies one of Franck Muller’s most iconic expressions — a fully curved tonneau profile, sculptural proportions, and a distinctive typographic identity that has defined the Maison for decades. In the CX 40 SC AT 5N 5N configuration, the watch adopts a refined dress orientation with 18K 5N rose gold and a Clous de Paris guilloché silver dial, whose texture creates discreet radiance and depth. Applied 3D numerals further reinforce the timeless codes of the Curvex collection.
The 18K 5N rose gold case of the Curvex CX is paired with an internal 18K 5N bezel, heightening contrast and emphasizing the purity of the dial. The curved sapphire crystal follows the organic geometry of the case and integrates seamlessly with a hand-stitched alligator strap, producing a luxurious composition that remains elegant and understated. The absence of complications draws attention to proportion, detail, and material.
Inside, the watch is powered by the automatic calibre MVT 2536-SC with a 42-hour power reserve, offering hours, minutes and seconds. Through the rear, the movement reveals traditional haute horlogerie finishes including Côtes de Genève, perlage, polished chamfers and sunray motifs.
