Return of goods

When buying remotely, you do not have the opportunity to see and try the goods in advance. In this case, the Civil Code favours you and gives you the right to return the goods within 14 days and get your money back, see the terms and conditions.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract:

• Purchased goods must be returned without wear and tear and in their original packaging, including all warranty cards, guarantees and certificates, without damaged seals, protective packaging, foils, stickers and manufacturer's tags.
• Please enclose proof of purchase or invoice or other document proving purchase of the goods.
• The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with withdrawal from the purchase contract.
• You will be refunded the purchase price of the goods no later than 30 days after withdrawal.

The purchase contract cannot be withdrawn if the goods are modified at the client's request, i.e. in particular size adjustments, engraving, engraving, etc. see the terms and conditions.
