Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Delivery of shipments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia takes place on working days. The exact delivery time depends on the availability of each product, which is specified for every item:

In stock in our boutique: delivery time 3 working days.
In stock at the supplier: delivery time 5 working days.

The average delivery time is 4 days.

Customers are continuously informed about the status of their shipment via e-mail and SMS, with the option to adjust delivery preferences. On the day of delivery, an SMS with a two-hour delivery window is sent.

Within the Czech Republic, additional options are available in selected locations: daytime delivery (8:00–18:00), evening delivery (17:00–21:00) and Saturday delivery.

Delivery of shipments to EU countries takes place on working days, and the delivery time depends on the availability of the product:

In stock in our boutique: delivery time 5–7 working days.
In stock at the supplier: delivery time 10–14 working days.

The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are informed via e-mail and SMS about the shipment status. On the day of delivery, an SMS with a two-hour delivery window is sent (depending on the logistics options of the destination country).
