Arnold & Son - Watch

The history of the company dates back to 1764, but the story begins much earlier in 1736 when John Arnold was born. His interest in watchmaking was in his genes, and he also observed his father, who was a watchmaker. He soon began to show great talent and so he went to be apprenticed in this field. When he returned two years later, he took up watchmaking full time in London. His fame and success was mainly due to the modern innovations he was not afraid to incorporate into his watches.

Among his highlights were, for example, the smallest repeating watch. He patented his improvements in the form of a leak arrestor, a bimetallic balance or a balance spiral spring. He also created the first watch with chronometer. Today it is a brand producing luxury watches in beautiful designs. The technology used is modern and the precision of their workmanship is timeless.
